I have worked several places since graduation, lots of grocery stores, flower shops, garden centers even 3M. But currently I am employed at the Fairmont Medical Center in the Materials Management (recieving dept.) as a Storekeeper, we restock all areas of the hospital and clinic everyday, check in frieght and deliver it to where ever it goes. Deliver the mail, deliver copy paper, what ever anybody needs.
Right now, we are building an addition onto out home (new kitchen and dining room) both exciting and messy. But I am sure looking forward to it.

UPDATE: Prior to retiring from Mayo I tried my hand at stenciling, I made stove covers for each of my daughters. Well, the rest is history. I have probably 200+ stencils and I do several craft show every year. My "business" is called "Julie's Woodwork & Signs".
Then with the economy being what it is, I needed to return to work. I got a job at the Sentinel doing the Classified Page and whatever else they told me to do. After the Publisher retired Dec. 2023, things started going south (quickly). So I put in my notice on Mar. 15, 2024 last day was Mar. 29, 2024. I will more than likely need to return to work but who knows who wants to hire an old lady.
April 17- 18, 2024 I had cataract surgery. It's strange not having any eyewear since the 3rd grade. It's not perfect but it's coming. They say it takes 4-6 months to heal completely.
May 13. My husband celebrated his 80th birthday.
Can't think of anything else.

My most favorite part of high school was choir. But the scariest part took place in choir on maybe the 1st day at the "new" high school, when we had choir in the auxillary gym, and the lights went out....man it was dark in there
